The Kinetic – Epicor CPQ integration is documented in two locations: the Kinetic Help and Support panel and the EpicWeb documentation site. This help article describes how you access the documentation in both locations.
Displaying the Kinetic - Epicor CPQ Help Site
- Log into your Kinetic environment.
- Go to the left toolbar and select the Help (
) icon. - Search for "Epicor CPQ"
- You'll see the various articles regarding this integration.
Downloading the Kinetic - Epicor CPQ Technical Reference Guide
If you are a Kinetic customer, documentation to setup and use the integration between CPQ and Kinetic is available both in the Kinetic online help and as a standalone PDF guide.
1. Launch your browser and go to EpicWeb (https://epicweb.epicor.com).
2. From the menubar across the top, select Documentation > Technical Reference Guides > Kinetic.
3. The Technical Reference Guides web page displays. Filter to your current Kinetic version.
4. Scroll down until you see the Kinetic-CPQ Integration Guide.
6. The Kinetic-Epicor CPQ Technical Reference Guide displays on your browser. You can...
- Select the Download button to download the .pdf file onto your local machine.
- Select the Print button to print out a hard copy of the guide.
