Configuring CPQ with Epicor Commerce

In this article, we cover how to enable Epicor Commerce to connect to Epicor CPQ.

Setting Up Epicor CPQ in Quick Start

Use these steps to enter Epicor CPQ connection details for your website. These details are usually provided by Epicor when you purchase Epicor CPQ software.

1. Navigate to Epicor > Quick Start > Products/Configurator Settings.
2. Scroll down to Epicor CPQ Configurator Settings.

   

3. In the Epicor CPQ URL field, enter the Epicor CPQ URL.
4. If Epicor CPQ Authentication is required, select Yes from the drop-down list.
5. If KBM Authentication is required, provide the Epicor CPQ Username and Epicor CPQ Password.
6. In the Epicor CPQ Theme ID field, enter the theme ID to override the default theme set in Company Settings, if necessary.
7. Select Save.

Configuring Epicor CPQ for Stores

Use these steps to set up a store view of Epicor CPQ if needed.

1. On the Admin sidebar, navigate to Epicor > Configuration .
2. In the upper-right corner, set the Scope to the website or the store where the configuration applies.
3. In the panel on the left, select Epicor Configuration > Epicor CPQ. The configuration details come pre-populated from the Quick Start settings.

   

   You can change the URL for the current store view in the Epicor CPQ URL field and define the authentication settings if needed.

4. For Epicor CPQ Checkout, select Disable to restrict direct orders for Epicor CPQ products. You can enter a message for the shoppers in the Checkout Disable Message field to inform the shoppers.
5. Select Save Config.
