The approval state block provides a formal review process for specific user roles. Typically a quote must be approved by one or all of the users in those roles before it is advanced to the next state.Quotes can go through more than one approval state. For example, if a quote contains a specific configurator, you may wish for engineers to review that configured product. Afterwards, managers may wish to review the quote to ensure its pricing is accurate and fulfills the customer's needs.
