This output type generates a Microsoft Excel file. A full walkthrough is available for the Word output document, which is more commonly used. The excel output is created in a similar manner.
Excel outputs generate documents based on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
After creating a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and uploading it to the Resources > Templates folder, you map the dynamic data from output fields into the template. The Capture Tool helps you with this task.
After your workflow uses an Excel template to create an Excel output file, you can easily convert that file into other formats, such as CSVs, by exporting the output.

The following output fields can be added or captured for an Excel output:

Sets the value of a cell on a specific sheet

Inserts an image into an Excel file

Inserts a new sheet into the Excel file
